Stacey’s went above and beyond. I ordered flowers for my mom for her 60th birthday. The flowers I chose online came in a smiley face mug. There’s a story behind the mug and it was important to me. Stacey’s called the day of because they mug they had was too small to fit the flowers I purchased. She said they could put a smiley face balloon instead. I mentioned the reasoning for choosing that arrangement. I was bummed but was appreciative that they weren’t willing to skimp on the flowers in order to get them in the mug so I agreed. There would be no extra charges. However, when the flowers were delivered they were able to get the mug inside the basket and the flowers were beautiful! Still at no extra charge!
